Of all the interventions available to treat chronic pain conditions, I find that diet and nutrition can be the most challenging for people to accommodate.
Its not easy to make changes to our diet, and it can take months for us to feel an effect from the new foods. However it can be helpful to hear how other people have made changes and now feel better.
The video below is about how to eat to reduce pain, made by the Australian government.
The first section gives the general ideas that are proved to help with pain, and in the second half different people give their experiences of trying this approach.
The website also has a page about activity for Pain Management and is a useful resource of practical advice about how to start an activity when you have chronic pain.
